Wide Open Spaces, Ltd., the original partnership between
Tom Struhs and Rudy Renda, accomplished a successful
acquisition of some of Fort Worth’s most beautiful
acreage, now known as UpTown. In an effort that dealt
with numerous entities such as existing home-owners,
city planners and civic organizations, Wide Open Spaces
developed a reputation for fairness and sensitivity.
They come together again as Trinity Bluff Development,

Position by Design is an award-winning group specializing
in upscale residential single and multifamily interior
design and consulting. Spearheaded by Elizabeth Falconer,
